如何寫英語請假條

生活中難免會出現(xiàn)意外事件。比如，你突然生病了，或者是發(fā)生重要事件，這些都可能讓你沒法工作，那就只好請假啦！如果領(lǐng)導(dǎo)你的是老外上司，那該如何寫一個英文請假條呢？Don't
worry! 看了下面的內(nèi)容，你就知道怎么寫啦！
首先，要在假條的上方寫明假條是遞給誰的
To：假條是遞給誰的
From：請假人
Date：寫假條的日期（注意可不是請假的日期，不要弄混了哦！）
Subject：寫上請假字樣
例如：
To: Peter Stone, Manager
From: Lynn Chen, Financial Department
Date: May 22nd, 2006
Subject: Casual Leave of Absence
其次，在假條的第一段，要開門見山但是有禮貌地提出請假，要寫清你要請假的日期。
例如：
Peter, I would like to know if I could ask for a casual leave of absence for
one day on May 24th, this Wednesday.
然后，在假條的第二段，你要簡單明了地陳述請假的原因事由，并且要表達(dá)對此給工作帶來不便的歉意。
例如：
This morning I received a telephone call from my dentist, urging me to come
to his practice for immediate treatment of my teeth. I have been experiencing a
stinging pain, depriving me of my sleep during the past fortnight. The situation
could worsen, should infection occur.
Concerning my workload: As Wednesday is not as busy as the other weekdays, I
think a one-day leave this Wednesday may be the best solution. I apologize for
the inconvenience my absence from work may cause.
接著，在假條的最后一段，要寫上你希望獲得準(zhǔn)假的請求，或者具體等候答復(fù)的時間。
例如：
Thanks. I will call you at 1:30p.m. Or you can call me at any time.
把以上幾段綜合起來，就是一則請假條。也沒想像的那么難吧！
