1. Settle for
這句話是指“接受”的意思。要把它和accept區(qū)分開來，因?yàn)樗^的 settle for sth 指的是“勉強(qiáng)的接受……”。在此部電影當(dāng)中，Walter
的意思就是：他不想成為任何人用來將就的對象。
2. Put it that way
大家可以把這句話變成 express it that way來理解，這樣看的話就容易多了。這里的put 和 express
是一個意思。只不過put更口語化一點(diǎn)。
