 "三農(nóng)"問題Issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area

A short term for the issues related with agriculture, farmer and rural area. Formally raised by researchers on rural issues in the late 1980s, the issues were regarded as of high importance for the country's economic and social development.
"三農(nóng)"問題是與農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民、農(nóng)村相關(guān)問題的簡(jiǎn)稱。該問題在20世紀(jì)80年代后期由研究人員正式提出，被視作是對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要的問題。
After fixing numerous policies to nurture agriculture, improve the life of farmers and speed the development of rural areas, the central government pointed out during the 2004 Central Economic Work Conference that these issues were "the most important of all the important works for the Party". And more policies and measures are put in place in this regard.
在出臺(tái)了一系列發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)、改善農(nóng)民生活以及加速農(nóng)村發(fā)展的政策后，中央政府在2004年中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議上指出“三農(nóng)”問題是“黨的工作的重中之重”。針對(duì)該問題還將不斷出臺(tái)更多政策和措施。
