The Belt and Road Initiative is rooted in the ancient Silk Road. It focuses on the Asian, European and African continents, but is also open to all other countries. All countries, from either Asia, Europe, Africa or the Americas, can be international cooperation partners of the Belt and Road Initiative. The pursuit of this initiative is based on extensive consultation and its benefits will be shared by us all.

學黨章黨規(guī)、學系列講話，做合格黨員

2016年2月，中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)了《關于在全體黨員中開展“學黨章黨規(guī)、學系列講話，做合格黨員”學習教育方案》，并發(fā)出通知，要求各地區(qū)各部門認真貫徹執(zhí)行。開展“兩學一做”學習教育，是面向全體黨員深化黨內教育的重要實踐，是推動黨內教育從“關鍵少數(shù)”向廣大黨員拓展、從集中性教育向經常性教育延伸的重要舉措。

“兩學一做”，基礎在學，首先要學好黨章。黨章是黨的根本大法，是全面從嚴治黨的總依據和總遵循，也是全體黨員言行的總規(guī)矩和總遵循。

2015年3月9日，習近平主席在參加十二屆全國人大二次會議安徽代表團審議時指出，作風建設永遠在路上，各級領導干部都要做到嚴以修身、嚴以用權、嚴以律己，做到謀事要實、創(chuàng)業(yè)要實、做人要實。

2015年2月2日，省部級主要領導干部學習貫徹十八屆四中全會精神全面推進依法治國專題研討班在中央黨校開班，習近平總書記在開班儀式講話中首次集中論述了“四個全面”戰(zhàn)略布局的邏輯關系。

習近平指出，全面建成小康社會是我們的戰(zhàn)略目標，全面深化改革、全面依法治國、全面從嚴治黨是三大戰(zhàn)略舉措。
