近日，中國—東盟“一帶一路”空間信息走廊合作發(fā)展論壇在廣西南寧召開。

本屆論壇以“共商、共建、共享、共用‘一帶一路’空間信息走廊”為主題，由國家航天局和廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合主辦，旨在推進“一帶一路”空間信息走廊在東盟國家應(yīng)用（promote the Belt and Road space information corridor among ASEAN member states），讓中國航天技術(shù)和成果惠及東盟國家。

Speaking at the China-ASEAN Cooperation and Development Forum of the Belt and Road Space Information Corridor, Wu Yanhua, deputy head of China National Space Administration, said the CNSA will further explore a technical, financial cooperation model suitable for the common development of China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations members. He also said efforts will be made to establish a market-oriented, open and win-win satellite service network in which enterprises will play a pivotal role.
國家航天局副局長吳艷華在中國—東盟“一帶一路”空間信息走廊合作發(fā)展論壇上表示，中國將探索建立適合中國—東盟共同發(fā)展的科技金融合作模式，構(gòu)建企業(yè)為主體、市場化運營、開放共贏的衛(wèi)星服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系。

2016年中國出臺《關(guān)于加快推進“一帶一路”空間信息走廊建設(shè)與應(yīng)用的指導(dǎo)意見》，提出要充分利用已有和規(guī)劃發(fā)展的遙感、通信、導(dǎo)航等衛(wèi)星資源（existing and planned satellite data resources such as remote sensing,communication and navigation），補充建設(shè)地面信息服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)（build a ground information service network），開展空間信息在“一帶一路”核心支點的應(yīng)用示范，在空間信息領(lǐng)域為“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區(qū)貢獻“中國方案（Chinese solutions）”。

吳艷華介紹，目前，中國在軌衛(wèi)星數(shù)量已累計超過200余顆（more than 200 satellites in service），形成通信、導(dǎo)航、遙感、空間科學(xué)等系列，空間信息正加快與大數(shù)據(jù)（big data）、云計算（cloud computing）、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)（Internet of Things）等高技術(shù)融合，并廣泛服務(wù)于東盟沿線國家和地區(qū)。

China will promote high-quality, highly efficient and sustainable construction, cooperation and communication facilities, and share the collected information with ASEAN through the Belt and Road space information corridor.
中國將推進空間信息設(shè)施高質(zhì)量、高效益持續(xù)建設(shè)與合作交流，與東盟沿線國家共享“一帶一路”空間信息走廊成果。
