3月5日上午，十三屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議開(kāi)幕會(huì)前，2019年全國(guó)兩會(huì)首場(chǎng)“代表通道”開(kāi)啟，部分全國(guó)人大代表接受采訪。

雄安新區(qū)黨工委書(shū)記、管委會(huì)主任陳剛表示，雄安新區(qū)規(guī)劃的頂層設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)完成，即將轉(zhuǎn)入大規(guī)模實(shí)質(zhì)性開(kāi)工建設(shè)階段。

3月5日上午，十三屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議開(kāi)幕會(huì)前，十三屆全國(guó)人大代表、雄安新區(qū)黨工委書(shū)記陳剛說(shuō)：“雄安新區(qū)的一張藍(lán)圖已經(jīng)繪就。我們現(xiàn)在重要的事是要把一張藍(lán)圖繪到底?！?/p>

"In the new stage, we will adhere to a development concept of open market-oriented, which will give full play to the decisive role of the market in allocating resources," he said.

他說(shuō)：“在下一階段雄安新區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的各項(xiàng)工作中，我們將堅(jiān)持開(kāi)放式、市場(chǎng)化的思路，（按照城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)的規(guī)律）充分發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)在配置資源中的決定性作用?！?/p>

Chen added that the local government will play a leading role in the area's planning, quality control and anti-corruption efforts.

他還表示，政府將積極發(fā)揮主體作用，在規(guī)劃管控、質(zhì)量控制、廉潔雄安等方面發(fā)揮政府的作用。

"More than 1,000 design experts from over 200 teams at home and abroad have participated in the planning," he said.

他說(shuō)：“我們累計(jì)安排1000多名國(guó)內(nèi)外的專家，200多個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)外的團(tuán)隊(duì)，推動(dòng)規(guī)劃編制的工作。
