全國政協(xié)委員、搜狗CEO王小川：加大公共數(shù)據(jù)開放力度廣度

The country should strengthen top-level design, set industry standards, encourage multi-stakeholder involvement and accelerate to release the digital family doctor's potential for the building of a healthy China, Wang said in his proposals to the CPPCC National Committee.

王小川在提案中建議，要加強頂層設(shè)計，樹立行業(yè)標準，鼓勵多方參與，加快“數(shù)字家庭醫(yī)生”的應(yīng)用和推廣，推進健康中國建設(shè)。

Wang also proposed opening public data on the artificial intelligence industry to improve public service efficiency and people's wellbeing.

王小川還建議，鼓勵公共服務(wù)的人工智能數(shù)據(jù)開放合作，提高公共服務(wù)效率，惠及民生。

Moreover, Wang proposed tax reductions for private science and technology enterprises based on the commercialization of research findings, and expanding individual income tax preferential coverage to scientists and technicians who work at private enterprises.

另外，王小川建議對科技型民營企業(yè)，根據(jù)研究成果的商業(yè)化實施減稅，對民營企業(yè)科技人員同等享受科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化個稅優(yōu)惠政策。

Zhou Hongyi proposed to ally with telecom carriers, national research institutes, State-owned enterprises and private network security organizations to build a "cyber security brain" to realize mutual defense and cope with network security issues.

周鴻祎建議，協(xié)調(diào)和組織電信運營商、國家科研院所、國企、民企等廣泛參與，構(gòu)建國家級網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全大腦，建立共同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防御系統(tǒng)，應(yīng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題。
