4月8日，中共中央總書記習近平主持中共中央政治局常務(wù)委員會會議，分析國內(nèi)外疫情防控和經(jīng)濟運行形勢，研究部署落實常態(tài)化疫情防控舉措、全面推進復工復產(chǎn)工作。
Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on Wednesday chaired a leadership meeting to make new arrangements on implementing regular epidemic prevention and control measures and fully advancing work resumption. The meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee analyzed the COVID-19 situation and economic performance at home and abroad.

習近平指出，我國防范疫情輸入壓力不斷加大，復工復產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展面臨新的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。
Noting that China is under rising pressure of guarding against imported COVID-19 cases, Xi said new difficulties and challenges have emerged for China's work resumption and economic and social development.

當前我國疫情防控階段性成效進一步鞏固，復工復產(chǎn)取得重要進展，經(jīng)濟社會運行秩序加快恢復。同時，國際疫情持續(xù)蔓延，世界經(jīng)濟下行風險加劇，不穩(wěn)定不確定因素顯著增多。我國防范疫情輸入壓力不斷加大，復工復產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展面臨新的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。
疫情防控常態(tài)化，就是要根據(jù)國內(nèi)外疫情新形勢，及時完善疫情防控策略和應(yīng)對舉措，把重點放在外防輸入、內(nèi)防反彈上來，保持我國疫情防控形勢持續(xù)向好態(tài)勢。內(nèi)防反彈，要建立健全及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、快速處置、精準管控、有效救治的常態(tài)化防控機制，嚴格落實早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早報告、早隔離、早治療要求。外防輸入，要加強口岸衛(wèi)生檢疫，優(yōu)化入境流程，落實入境人員集中隔離要求，快速精準識別和管控風險源、風險點，筑牢嚴密防線。在確保疫情防控到位的前提下，加快恢復生產(chǎn)生活秩序，做好經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展各項工作。

要堅持在常態(tài)化疫情防控中加快推進生產(chǎn)生活秩序全面恢復，抓緊解決復工復產(chǎn)面臨的困難和問題，力爭把疫情造成的損失降到最低限度，確保實現(xiàn)決勝全面建成小康社會、決戰(zhàn)脫貧攻堅目標任務(wù)。
