中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平近日在山西考察時強調，要努力克服新冠肺炎疫情帶來的不利影響，在高質量轉型發(fā)展上邁出更大步伐，確保完成決戰(zhàn)決勝脫貧攻堅目標任務，全面建成小康社會。
President Xi Jinping called for efforts to overcome the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 epidemic and make greater strides in high-quality transformation and development to ensure that the target of poverty eradication is reached and the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects is completed. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks during an inspection tour in north China's Shanxi province.

《意見》提出，到2020年，重點領域供給側結構性改革取得階段性成果，能源革命總體效果不斷顯現(xiàn)，支撐資源型經(jīng)濟轉型的體制機制基本建立。到2030年，多點產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐、多元優(yōu)勢互補、多極市場承載、內在競爭充分的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系基本形成，清潔、安全、高效的現(xiàn)代能源體系基本建成，資源型經(jīng)濟轉型任務基本完成，形成一批可復制、可推廣的制度性經(jīng)驗，經(jīng)濟綜合競爭力、人民生活水平和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力再上一個新臺階。

落實好能源革命綜合改革試點要求，持續(xù)推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調整優(yōu)化，實施一批變革性、牽引性、標志性舉措，大力加強科技創(chuàng)新，在新基建、新技術、新材料、新裝備、新產(chǎn)品、新業(yè)態(tài)上不斷取得突破。
