商務(wù)部部長(zhǎng)鐘山5月25日在十三屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議第二次全體會(huì)議結(jié)束后，來(lái)到2020年全國(guó)兩會(huì)“部長(zhǎng)通道”接受采訪(fǎng)。他在回答提問(wèn)時(shí)表示，聰明的外商不會(huì)放棄中國(guó)龐大市場(chǎng)。

Commerce Minister Zhong Shan said China will continue to effectively implement the Foreign Investment Law to create a fair and transparent business environment for global companies.

商務(wù)部部長(zhǎng)鐘山接受采訪(fǎng)時(shí)說(shuō)，中國(guó)將貫徹落實(shí)好《外商投資法》，營(yíng)造公平、公正、透明的營(yíng)商環(huán)境。

Zhong said China will better protect intellectual property rights and the legitimate rights and interests of overseas businesses, as well as make sure that they are willing to invest and develop in China.

他說(shuō)，中國(guó)將更好地保護(hù)外商合法權(quán)益，保護(hù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，讓外商愿意在中國(guó)投資，在中國(guó)發(fā)展。

With the improvement of China's business environment, economic growth and expanded market size, the minister said he believes that smart foreign businesses surely will not give up China's huge market.

他說(shuō)，隨著我國(guó)營(yíng)商環(huán)境的改善，經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，市場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大，我們相信，聰明的外商一定不會(huì)放棄中國(guó)龐大的市場(chǎng)。

鐘山表示，從外貿(mào)看，最主要是要穩(wěn)住外貿(mào)主體?，F(xiàn)在我國(guó)各類(lèi)外貿(mào)主體超過(guò)30萬(wàn)家，包括民營(yíng)企業(yè)、國(guó)有企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)。面對(duì)疫情的沖擊，這些企業(yè)遇到了前所未有的困難。這些困難，有一些企業(yè)通過(guò)自己的努力可以解決，有一些需要政府的幫助。

The government will provide policy support in areas such as taxation, financial insurance, industrial and supply chains to remove the pressure on exporters with operational difficulties, as well as stimulate fresh momentum to restore their earning strength, he said.

他說(shuō)：“黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院高度重視，從財(cái)政稅收、金融保險(xiǎn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈等方面，在政策上予以幫助、支持，降低了企業(yè)的壓力，也激發(fā)了企業(yè)的活力?！?/p>
