The remains of 117 Chinese People's Volunteers soldiers killed in the 1950-53 Korean War returned to China on Sunday from the Republic of Korea (ROK). This is the seventh annual repatriation, following a handover agreement signed between China and the ROK.
9月27日，117位在韓中國(guó)人民志愿軍烈士遺骸回國(guó)。這是中韓兩國(guó)簽署交接協(xié)議后第七批回國(guó)的烈士遺骸。

70年前，中國(guó)人民志愿軍（Chinese People's Volunteers）跨過(guò)鴨綠江，奔赴戰(zhàn)火彌天的前線，踏上抗美援朝、保家衛(wèi)國(guó)的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。

The Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) fought alongside the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) army in the Korean War against the South Korean army and the United States-led UN forces between 1950 and 1953.
1950年至1953年，中國(guó)人民志愿軍支援朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，同朝鮮人民軍一道對(duì)抗韓國(guó)國(guó)軍和以美國(guó)為首的“聯(lián)合國(guó)軍”。

A total of 2.9 million CPV soldiers entered the battlefield, and 197,653 of them sacrificed their lives in the war.
共有290萬(wàn)名志愿軍戰(zhàn)士參與抗美援朝出國(guó)作戰(zhàn)，有197653名志愿軍戰(zhàn)士在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中犧牲。

2014年以來(lái)，累計(jì)有716位在韓志愿軍烈士遺骸回到祖國(guó)。

Y-20 aircraft, the domestically developed transport aircraft, carried out the task for the first time. It was labeled with the serial number 01, as a mark of high respect for the martyrs.

遺骸今日安葬

The remains will be buried in the CPV martyrs' cemetery in Shenyang, with a burial ceremony due to be held on Monday.
這些烈士將于9月28日安葬在沈陽(yáng)抗美援朝烈士陵園，并舉行安葬儀式。

Cemetery staff have registered more than 5,000 items that were returned together with the previous six groups of remains, and have established electronic files.
至此，陵園工作人員已登記5000余件隨烈士遺骸一同返回的遺物，并建立電子檔案。

In 2019, with the help of DNA technology, China successfully identified six of the unknown martyrs and found their families.
2019年，我國(guó)利用DNA技術(shù)成功識(shí)別了六位無(wú)名烈士的身份并找到了他們的家人。
