近日，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)“最新成績(jī)單”公布，疫情大考下，今年中國(guó)前三季度經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)由負(fù)轉(zhuǎn)正。這一新聞刷屏了西方各大主流媒體。

美國(guó)有線電視新聞網(wǎng)（CNN）以“中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)讓全世界都眼紅”（China's economy is the envy of the world）為題報(bào)道了這一新聞。

CNN報(bào)道稱，19日上午，中國(guó)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局公布了三季度經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，多個(gè)指標(biāo)由負(fù)轉(zhuǎn)正，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)第三季度增長(zhǎng)4.9%。這表明，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正延續(xù)穩(wěn)定恢復(fù)態(tài)勢(shì)。這一數(shù)據(jù)向世界其他國(guó)家展示了新冠肺炎被成功控制后可以達(dá)到的目標(biāo)。

China's economy expanded by 4.9% in the third quarter compared to the previous year, according to government data published Monday, showing the rest of the world what's possible when COVID-19 is brought under control.

此前經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家曾預(yù)計(jì)中國(guó)第三季度增速能達(dá)到5.2%，CNN稱，雖然實(shí)際增速低于這一數(shù)據(jù)，但考慮到當(dāng)前形勢(shì)，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的表現(xiàn)仍然很了不起：

Growth of less than 5% would normally be a cause for real concern in China, which is accustomed to much quicker expansion. But it's pretty good considering the circumstances, and even more remarkable when compared to the extremely fragile recoveries underway in most other big economies.

《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》也報(bào)道稱，當(dāng)世界大部分地區(qū)仍在艱難應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情之時(shí)，中國(guó)再次向世界表明，只要病毒能得到有效控制，經(jīng)濟(jì)就有可能快速反彈。

As most of the world still struggles with the coronavirus pandemic, China is showing once again that a fast economic rebound is possible when the virus is brought firmly under control.

彭博社引用野村證券全球宏觀研究主管蘇博文的話說，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)正對(duì)世界其他國(guó)家來說是一份鼓舞和希望。

“It’s an encouraging and hopeful message for the rest of the world,” said Rob Subbaraman, global head of macro research at Nomura Holdings Inc. in Singapore. “If you successfully handle the health crisis, your economy can recover.”

CNN：回看當(dāng)時(shí)對(duì)中國(guó)的指責(zé)，再看看現(xiàn)在的美國(guó)

CNN回顧稱，最初，北京應(yīng)對(duì)新冠病毒的方式還受到了一些西方政客的批評(píng)。但正是中國(guó)嚴(yán)格的防疫封鎖和檢測(cè)措施助其控制住了新冠病毒疫情；此外，中國(guó)還撥款數(shù)千億美元用于大型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目，以推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)；央行也恪盡職守。（The country also set aside hundreds of billions of dollars for major infrastructure projects to fuel economic growth. The central bank has done its part, too.）

反觀其它國(guó)家，CNN稱，歐美國(guó)家現(xiàn)在正面臨另一波新冠病例激增的形勢(shì)。

文章特別舉例美國(guó)，痛心地寫道：“幾乎每個(gè)州都在朝著錯(cuò)誤的方向前進(jìn)?！薄捌骄刻煊谐^55000例新增感染病例——這一數(shù)字自9月中旬下降以來上漲了60%以上?！?/p>

Europe and the United States are now facing another surge of coronavirus cases...The United States is averaging more than 55,000 new cases a day — up more than 60% since a mid-September dip, and pretty much every state is trending the wrong direction.

CNN預(yù)測(cè)說，美國(guó)短期內(nèi)可能不會(huì)進(jìn)入封鎖狀態(tài)，但在病例數(shù)大幅減少之前，其經(jīng)濟(jì)將一直處于癱瘓狀態(tài)。

The United States is probably not headed for a national lockdown anytime soon, but its economy will remain hamstrung until there's a dramatic reduction in the number of coronavirus cases.

IMF：中國(guó)將是今年唯一正增長(zhǎng)的國(guó)家

10月13日，國(guó)際貨幣基金組織（IMF）公布最新一期“世界經(jīng)濟(jì)展望”，預(yù)測(cè)今年世界經(jīng)濟(jì)將萎縮4.4%。

“世界經(jīng)濟(jì)展望”中提到，中國(guó)將是世界主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體中唯一保持正增長(zhǎng)的國(guó)家，預(yù)計(jì)今年增長(zhǎng)為1.9%，明年將達(dá)到8.2%。

《紐約時(shí)報(bào)》介紹稱，“未來幾個(gè)月，中國(guó)的領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)可能進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。中國(guó)現(xiàn)在幾乎沒有本地新增病例，而美國(guó)和歐洲則面臨著另一波加速的疫情。”

China's lead could widen further in the months to come. It has almost no local transmission of the virus now, while the United States and Europe face another accelerating wave of cases.

彭博社在評(píng)論文章中強(qiáng)調(diào)了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的全球貢獻(xiàn)。文章稱，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)歸來，世界松了一口氣。如果沒有中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)這次反彈，剛剛開始的全球復(fù)蘇將變得更加脆弱。

China's economy is back-ish and the world can exhale. Without this rebound, the nascent global recovery would be on even thinner ice.
