北方各地初雪都下了一陣了，應(yīng)屆生們關(guān)心的秋招也接近尾聲。經(jīng)歷了重重面試的人大多都被問到過一個(gè)問題：“你對(duì)我們公司/這個(gè)崗位還有什么問題嗎”（ Do you have any questions for us? ）多數(shù)人可能就說“暫時(shí)想不到 /沒有了”。Reddit網(wǎng)友也發(fā)現(xiàn)基本沒人反過來問招聘官問題。

Interviewers have often told me almost no one asks questions during interviews.
面試官們經(jīng)常跟我提到說面試時(shí)幾乎沒有面試者提問。

有人想問薪水、工作職責(zé)等等，但又不知道如何開口。

Remember, at a job interview, YOU are also interviewing the company.
要記住，工作面試時(shí)，你同樣也在面試這家公司。

An interview is a two-way street. The interviewer asks questions to learn about you, while you prepare questions to ask the interviewer about the position, the company and potential development within the company in order to make sure the position is a good fit for you.
一場(chǎng)面試是一個(gè)雙向的通道。面試官通過提問來更多地了解你，同時(shí)你也該準(zhǔn)備問題，向面試官就職位、公司、潛在發(fā)展等等進(jìn)行提問，以此來確定該職位是否適合你。

Reddit網(wǎng)友TeamWaffleStomp認(rèn)為，自己面試能成功全靠結(jié)束時(shí)問的那兩個(gè)問題。

I'm currently working a dream job I'm barely qualified for. I'm pretty sure two questions I asked are what got me the job.
我現(xiàn)在在做的這份夢(mèng)想工作我自己都覺得我有點(diǎn)配不上。我很確定他們錄用我是因?yàn)槲覇柕哪莾蓚€(gè)問題。

問題1

"Could you explain your daily operations and schedule?"
“你能告訴我該職位的日常工作和安排嗎？“

問題2

"Is there anything in my resume or any answer I've given that raises questions about my ability to perform this job that I can go ahead and address?"
“我簡(jiǎn)歷里面或者我剛剛的回答中有什么問題使得你們對(duì)我做這份工作的能力產(chǎn)生了懷疑嗎？如果有，我想跟進(jìn)解決下?！?/p>

第一個(gè)問題幫他弄清楚真實(shí)的日常職責(zé)是什么樣的，這樣一來，第一天上班的時(shí)候就不會(huì)有什么不愉快的“驚嚇”。

第二個(gè)問題讓他展示了自己的自省能力并且有機(jī)會(huì)在面試官面前挽救一把，同時(shí)，就算沒拿到offer，也弄清楚了自己可以提高的地方。

A lot of an interviewer's task is listing out pros and cons very quickly for candidates. If you can take even two minutes to qualify your negatives, or even just acknowledge "Ah, I am aware that's a shortcoming of mine and I'm taking X/Y/Z steps to fix/address it", you basically erase them from the negatives list in that person's mind.
大部分面試官要做的事情是很快地列出候選人的利弊。如果你能花兩分鐘的時(shí)間來給自己的短板打下圓場(chǎng)，哪怕就是大膽承認(rèn)：“啊，我知道這是我的一個(gè)短板，我正在采取一二三點(diǎn)步驟來修正/解決它”，那么你基本上打消了別人對(duì)你能力的疑慮。

比方說，常見的“問題/短板”可以這樣回答：

1.、你兩份工作間有很長(zhǎng)的空檔？

"Oh, for that gap in my resume I was actually doing a lot of freelance work, but I didn't know how to format that into my work history."
“噢，說到那個(gè)空檔，那段時(shí)間我其實(shí)是在做很多自由職業(yè)性質(zhì)的工作，但是呢，我不知道怎么把它規(guī)范地寫到簡(jiǎn)歷的工作經(jīng)歷里”。

2、你的舊東家查無此公司？

"There's no references listed for that company because it went bankrupt, sadly. If you'd like I can offer the phone number of my old manager, or show some old pay stubs from my time there to verify my employment."
“查不到這家公司是因?yàn)?，很遺憾，它倒閉了。如果你需要，我可以把我以前經(jīng)理的電話給你，或者我也可以給你看那時(shí)候的工資條，以此證明我在那兒上過班。”

Something like that. Super easy, only takes about a minute, but you can wipe out a ton of negative speculation.
就像上面那樣。很簡(jiǎn)單的，雖然只花你一分鐘，但是你可以打消人家對(duì)你的大量疑慮。

不過也有人覺得這個(gè)問題比較冒險(xiǎn)，本來人家可能沒有記下你的短板，但是經(jīng)你這么一提，面試官就開始想了。

It's a bold move and I find it doesn't really pay off. It means they have to think of all your negative qualities when they might not have even clocked any, and then you're leaving the interview with that fresh on their mind.
這個(gè)問題比較冒險(xiǎn)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這么問也不一定有用。因?yàn)榭赡苊嬖嚬俑揪蜎]寫下幾條你的短板，但是這么一問意味著他們就得去想一下你是否有弱點(diǎn)。你離開面試地的時(shí)候，人家腦子里全是這個(gè)問題。

Maybe the only answer they could offer you on site was "Hmmm nothing comes to mind", but after you left, they would be looking for your negative qualities and you don't get to address them.
當(dāng)時(shí)，他們頂多會(huì)跟你說：“呃…暫時(shí)想不到”，但你走后，他們可能就會(huì)開始找你的短板，而且你也不會(huì)再有機(jī)會(huì)去處理了。

不過反問問題這個(gè)部分有時(shí)候也會(huì)收到出其不意的回答，直接幫你認(rèn)清一家用人單位。

網(wǎng)友ILiketheBike面試的時(shí)候只是想知道有什么員工關(guān)懷措施能把人留下來安心工作，結(jié)果人告訴他“喝酒啊”。

I took an interview at a non-profit. I had an inkling it was a fairly high-stress position, so I asked if there are company policies on encouraging employee sustainability and how the organization supported its staff.
我去面試過一家非營(yíng)利機(jī)構(gòu)。此前就得知這個(gè)職位壓力挺大的，所以我就問，公司是否有政策可以鼓勵(lì)員工留下來，以及貴機(jī)構(gòu)是如何踐行員工關(guān)懷的。

Ugh. I basically worked at a startup that was like this. They even had beer on tap, and I can remember a couple of engineers sneakily filling coffee mugs far too early in the morning and have a very vivid memory of my manager pouring a small bottle of hard liquor into his soda.

I will ask why they have a vacancy. If they bash the previous person, I'm probably less interested.

您對(duì)該職位在30天內(nèi)，60天內(nèi)，或1年內(nèi)的表現(xiàn)有什么期望嗎？

14. What is the next step in the process?
招聘流程下一步怎么走？

If appropriate, try to weave these questions in as the interview is progressing. It demonstrates to the interviewer that you’re proactive and engaged in the process. Alternatively, wait until the end - but if the question has already been answered during the course of the interview, don’t ask it.
如果合適的話，盡量把這些問題穿插在面試中。這樣能夠向面試官展示出一個(gè)主動(dòng)積極參與的你。不然，就等到最后再問。不過如果某個(gè)問題之前已經(jīng)解答過了，那就不要問了。

Don’t ask a question that can easily be answered by researching the company website, or on Google.
不要問那種可以輕易地在公司官網(wǎng)或者谷歌上找到答案的問題。
