The Party’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection shall function under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Party. Local commissions for discipline inspection at every level and primary-level commissions for discipline inspection shall all function under the dual leadership of the Party committee at the corresponding level and the commission for discipline inspection at the next level up. A commission for discipline inspection shall strengthen its leadership over the lower-level commissions for discipline inspection. The Party’s commissions for discipline inspection at every level shall serve a term of the same duration as Party committees at the corresponding level.
黨的中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)在黨的中央委員會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行工作。黨的地方各級(jí)紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)和基層紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)在同級(jí)黨的委員會(huì)和上級(jí)紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行工作。上級(jí)黨的紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)加強(qiáng)對(duì)下級(jí)紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。黨的各級(jí)紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)每屆任期和同級(jí)黨的委員會(huì)相同。
