The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), held from Sept 12 to 18, 1997, passed the resolution on the Amendment to the Party Constitution, establishing Deng Xiaoping Theory as the Party's guiding ideology and stipulating in its Constitution that the CPC takes Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory as its guides for action.
1997年9月12日—18日，中國共產(chǎn)黨第十五次全國代表大會(huì)舉行，通過關(guān)于《中國共產(chǎn)黨章程修正案》的決議，把鄧小平理論同馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想一道確立為黨的指導(dǎo)思想并載入黨章。
