報(bào)告全文約2.3萬字，共20部分內(nèi)容，駁斥了彭博社關(guān)于“美國(guó)抗疫全球第一”排名的荒謬性。

The United States has continued to export the virus outside its borders, making it a veritable "proliferator." The country has an inescapable responsibility for the spread of infections globally.
