2021年初，第十三屆全國人大四次會議審議通過了《中華人民共和國國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十四個五年規(guī)劃和2035年遠景目標(biāo)綱要》（以下簡稱《綱要》）。

中國外文局、中國翻譯研究院組織各語種中外專家進行全文翻譯，經(jīng)研商審定，形成漢英、漢法、漢俄、漢日、漢西、漢德、漢阿、漢葡、漢韓等9個漢外對照文版。目前漢英、漢日對照版已發(fā)布，其他語種將陸續(xù)推出?，F(xiàn)將《綱要》專欄內(nèi)容形成漢英對照，供業(yè)界及相關(guān)人員參考使用。

推動高端稀土功能材料、高品質(zhì)特殊鋼材、高性能合金、高溫合金、高純稀有金屬材枓、高性能陶瓷、電子玻璃等先進金屬和無機非金屬材料取得突破，加強碳纖維、芳綸等高性能纖維及其復(fù)合材料、生物基和生物醫(yī)用材料研發(fā)應(yīng)用，加快茂金聚乙烯等高性能樹脂和集成電路用光刻膠等電子高純材料關(guān)鍵技術(shù)突破。

Promote high-end rare earth functional materials, high-quality special steel, and high-performance alloys. 加快先進航空發(fā)動機關(guān)鍵材料等技術(shù)研發(fā)驗證，推進民用大涵道比渦扇發(fā)動機CJ1000產(chǎn)品研制。突破寬體客機發(fā)動機關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)先進民用渦軸發(fā)動機產(chǎn)業(yè)化。建設(shè)上海重型燃氣輪機試驗電站。

Accelerate the R&D and verification of key materials used in advanced aero engines, and promote the development of CJ1000 civilian-use high bypass ratio turbofan engines. Make breakthroughs in the key technology for wide body aircraft engines and realize the industrial manufacturing of advanced civil turboshaft engines. Build a heavy-duty gas turbine test power station in Shanghai.

5. 北斗產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用

突破通信導(dǎo)航一體化融合等技術(shù)，建設(shè)北斗應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺，在通信、金融、能源、民航等行業(yè)開展典型示范，推動北斗在車載導(dǎo)航、智能手機、穿戴設(shè)備等消費領(lǐng)城市場化規(guī)?；瘧?yīng)用。

Make breakthroughs in communication and navigation technologies and integration, build innovation platforms for industries adopting BeiDou, carry out typical demonstrations in communication, finance, energy, civil aviation, and other industries, and promote market-oriented and large-scale application of BeiDou in leading cities in consumer markets such as vehicle navigation, smartphones, and wearable devices.

6. 新能源汽車和智能（網(wǎng)聯(lián)）汽車

突破新能源汽車高安全動力電池、高效驅(qū)動電機、高性能動力系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，加快研發(fā)智能（網(wǎng)聯(lián)）汽車基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)平臺及軟硬件系統(tǒng)、線控底盤和智能終端等關(guān)鍵部件。

突破腔鏡手術(shù)機器人、體外膜肺氧合機等核心技術(shù)，研制高端彩像、放射治療等大型醫(yī)療設(shè)備及關(guān)鍵零部件。發(fā)展腦起搏器、全降解血管支架等植入介入產(chǎn)品，推動康復(fù)輔助器具提質(zhì)升級。研發(fā)重大傳染性疾病所需疫苗，開發(fā)治療惡性腫瘤、心腦血管等疾病特效藥。加強中醫(yī)藥關(guān)鍵技術(shù)裝備研發(fā)。

Make breakthroughs in core technologies in endoscopic surgical robots and extracorporeal membrane oxygenators, and develop high-end color imaging, radiotherapy, and other large medical equipment and key spare parts. Develop implanted interventional products such as brain pacemakers and biodegradable vascular stents and promote the upgrade of rehabilitation assistive devices. Research and develop vaccines for major infectious diseases and develop specific drugs for the treatment of malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 8. 農(nóng)業(yè)機械裝備

開發(fā)智能型大馬力拖拉機、精量（免耕）播種機、噴桿噴霧機、開溝拖耙機，高效聯(lián)合收割機、果蔬采收機、甘蔗收獲機、采棉機等先進適用農(nóng)業(yè)機械，發(fā)展丘陵山區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)高效專用農(nóng)機推動先進糧油加工裝備研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化。研發(fā)綠色智能養(yǎng)殖飼喂、環(huán)控、采集、糞污利用等裝備。研發(fā)造林種草等機械裝備。

Develop intelligent large horsepower tractors, precision (no tillage) seeders, boom sprayers, trenching drag harrows, efficient combine harvesters, fruit and vegetable harvesters, sugarcane harvesters, cotton harvesters, and other advanced agricultural machinery.
