據中國國際貿易促進委員會1月30日介紹，2023年，全國貿促系統共簽發(fā)出境ATA單證冊9273份，同比增長191.97%。

China's national trade promotion system issued 9,273 Admission Temporaire/Temporary Admission (ATA) Carnets in 2023, surging by 191.97 percent year on year, said the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) on January 30.

【知識點】

ATA單證冊是一本國際通用的海關通關文件，是世界海關組織為暫時進出境貨物而專門創(chuàng)設的，也被稱為“貨物通關護照”。

據介紹，2023年，全國貿促系統累計簽發(fā)原產地證書、ATA單證冊、商事證明書等各類證書621.02萬份，較上年同比增長16.05%。其中，全國貿促系統非優(yōu)惠原產地證書簽證金額共計3822.09億美元，同比增長7.13%；簽證份數共計391.43萬份，同比增長13.44%。

全國貿促系統優(yōu)惠原產地證書簽證金額共計651.52億美元，同比增長7.07%；簽證份數共計167.69萬份，同比增長21.54%。全國貿促系統簽發(fā)原產地證書，特別是優(yōu)惠原產地證書簽證量的穩(wěn)定增長，說明隨著我國加大自貿協定實施推廣力度等穩(wěn)外貿政策效應的逐步顯現，我國外貿企業(yè)出口享惠的能力和水平也不斷提升。
