為了體現(xiàn)國際大都市的形象，北京的部分公交和地鐵開始進(jìn)行英語廣播。但是在這些英語廣播中存在一些不規(guī)范的表達(dá)。筆者現(xiàn)以地鐵13號(hào)線的英語廣播為例進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)，僅供參考。
廣播原文：
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Beijing Subway System. This train is going to the Zhichunlu and Huoying Stations. For your convenience, here is the schedule for the first and last trains. From Huoying, the first train leaves at 5:25am. From Xizhimen, the first train leaves at 6:00am. From Dongzhimen, the first train leaves at 6:00am. From Xizhimen to Dongzhimen, the last train departs at 9:00pm. From Xizhimen to Huoying, the last train departs at 10:00pm. From Dongzhiman to Xizhimen, the last train departs at 9:00pm. From Dongzhimen to Huoying, the last train departs at 10:00pm.The next station is Dazhongsi.
修改意見：
1. Welcome to the Beijing Subway System意思表達(dá)不清楚。乘客搭乘的是一趟具體的地鐵列車，并不是去the Beijing Subway System（北京地鐵系統(tǒng)），要表示對(duì)乘客歡迎，Welcome aboard our train就足夠了。
2. This train is going to the Zhichunlu and Huoying Stations意思表達(dá)不清楚，讓人搞不清Zhichunlu和Huoying是兩個(gè)終點(diǎn)站，還是說列車只?？窟@兩個(gè)站。可以說This train bounds for/is bound for Huoying.或The terminal of this train is Huoying.如果某一趟區(qū)間車，只到知春路為止，可將Huoying換為Zhichunlu。
3. For your convenience 也不合適。為乘客提供方便（實(shí)際上只是提供一些信息）不應(yīng)該自己宣揚(yáng)，英美為公眾服務(wù)的機(jī)構(gòu)或系統(tǒng)不會(huì)這樣自我標(biāo)榜。如果是為了提醒乘客，可以說Here is some information about our subway/train you might want to know 之類的話。
4．“列車在……要開右側(cè)車門”是很重要的信息，建議補(bǔ)譯出：The door at the right side will be open at...前面不妨加上Attention please！以引起乘客注意。
5．地名翻譯是一個(gè)長期爭(zhēng)論的問題，現(xiàn)在一般統(tǒng)一采取音譯。但是作為一個(gè)文化名城，北京有些地名可以或最好加上一個(gè)解釋性譯文作為補(bǔ)充，比如 “大鐘寺”站名，在Dazhongsi不妨加上the Temple of Big Bells，當(dāng)然，如果能加上where you can see hundreds of traditional Chinese bells, ancient and modern一類的說明那就更好了。
