減重-反彈-減重-反彈……,體重上下波動(dòng)仿佛溜溜球的軌跡,這種現(xiàn)象被美國(guó)減肥專(zhuān)家Kelly D. Brownell命名為減肥的“溜溜球效應(yīng)”(yo-yo effect),類(lèi)似的說(shuō)法還有“溜溜球節(jié)食”(yo-yo dieting)、“溜溜球陷阱”、“體重循環(huán)”等等。
